Product design is becoming more and more of a consideration for both consumer and small business technology purchases, and vendor Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE: HPQ) had that in mind when designing its new Envy 120 e-All-in-One printer.
Looking more like a DVD player than an injet printer/copier/scanner, the Envy 120 sports a piano black finish and stylish, glossy design. It can print up to seven pages per minute in black and white and four in colour, and scan up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. It can also copy 20 black and 23 colour pages in a minute. The slim design limits it to an 80-sheet input tray and 25-sheet output, and duplexing is standard. It’s also compatible with HP’s ePrint technology to enable printing from supported mobile devices, as well as wireless printing.
The Envy 120 will be available in Canada in spring 2013, starting at $249.99.
