Montreal-based startup accelerator FoundFuel will be hosting its demo day this Thursday and introducing nine new digital firms to the world.
According to FounderFuel’s General Manager Ian Jeffrey the cohort has amassed some impressive statistics during its development time, including 1 million downloads, and 175,000 active users in total. FounderFuel’s program has been running since 2011, hosting its 12-week program twice a year for about 20 teams in total. Startups are given $50,000 of seed funding and could later acquire an additional $150,000 in exchange for nine per cent equity.
