Cybersecurity firm N-Dimension Solutions Inc. has secured $3.85 million in a venture capital deal led by EnerTech Capital of Toronto.
Export Development Corp. (EDC) also participated in the VC financing round. N-Dimensionprovides IT security solutions designed forsmart grid clients in the water,electricity, oil, gas and transportation sectors. The company is basedin Richmond Hill, Ont. with an office in Austin, Texas.
EnerTech Capital managing directors Wally Hunter and Scott Ungerer willjoin N-Dimension’s board of directors while Eugene Siklos of EDC willbecome an observer to the N-Dimension board.
N-Dimension previously raised an undisclosed amount of financing in twoearlier rounds from BEST Funds.
