Oracle Corp. packed a lot of product strategies – and a lot of attendees – into its annual OpenWorld conference. Though most of the official announcements concerned its Fusion architecture and the middleware software to support it, the event also served as an opportunity for newly-acquired customers from PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards to share their concerns and ask questions.
Approximately 35,000 people came to Oracle OpenWorld 2005, which ran from Sept. 19-22 in San Francisco.
