Jolt, the technology startup accelerator based at Toronto’s MaRS Discovery District, has posted the first segment of its Jolt TV series on the Financial Post.
The series will pose a weekly question to one of the six startups in Jolt’s first cohort. First up is infographic creation tool Venngage, answering the question: “How has your product or service changed since starting Jolt?”
Lucas Walker, the chief marketing officer at Venngage, appears in the video and explains that the startup has pivoted its focus to business infographics since beginning the incubator program one month ago. “It doesn’t matter if your infographic is external facing or internal facing, you can use Venngage to visualize your data and display it in a way that people will actually pay attention and care about.”
Eugene Woo is the CEO of Venngage and this isn’t his first startup targeting infographic creation. He’s also the CEO of Vizualize.me, a tool that creates a resume infographic by plugging in to your LinkedIn profile.
