The just-concluded Canada Post strike reminded small businesses about how important it is to operate digitally – when it comes to sending and receiving payments, dealing with correspondance, and managing inventory.
While Canada Post is still best known for delivering ‘snail mail’, even this crown corporation has modernized in an attempt to stay relevant in an increasingly digital world. It processes much of its orders through an online storefront, maintained by IT services provider Innovapost Inc.
