Each will seek to bill itself as having a premium feature that sets it apart – perhaps as the thinnest, the fastest, the highest resolution, the most powerful. At last year’s CES, the Motorola Atrix stole the show by connecting with a laptop dock that transformed its form factor, and was billed by Motorola as the “most powerful” Android phone at the time.
A year later, Motorola Atrix smartphone owners are mostly happy with their devices, but not many are using the laptop peripheral. Motorola hasn’t taken the concept to any of its new devices, unless they’re planning to debut one at this year’s CES.
