Video Rewind: Reinstall Windows XP, again

Microsoft may be urging its more stubborn customers to migrate from Windows XP to Windows 7 with just 1,000 days of support left for the older operating system – but that doesn’t mean everyone is going to listen to them.

The attachment to Windows XP was sown when many IT administrators were unimpressed with Windows Vista. Though Windows 7 has met a decidedly better critical reception and more businesses are migrating to the newer OS, there’s still a large contingent of those with deap-seated convictions that Windows XP still gets the job done. So if you’re in the category that still prefers XP to Windows 7, perhaps it’s time to freshen up your computer with a reinstall of the OS.
