With just a few weeks to go before Chritsmas, we decided to feature for our video rewind a tablet device that was actually designed, from the ground up, for pre-school toddlers.
The Vinci from Ottawa-based Rullingnet Corp sports a 7-inch touch screen runs Android 2.3, is powered by a 1 GHz processor and can shoot 720p HD video with its 3 megapixel camera.
