With ‘The Rock Clock’ it doesn’t matter if you don’t want to get up in the morning

If you enjoyed Shaq’s voiceover stint with Waze, then you’ll be delighted with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s latest tech venture.

Johnson has released a motivational alarm clock app called “The Rock Clock,” and it might prove to be a bit more intimidating than motivating for some people. This is the second product to come out of his Project Rock initiative, the first being a specialty gym bag.

There’s no snooze button on this alarm clock, so users can say goodbye to reliving the worst part of their day five times in a row. You can set your own wake-up time, or set it to “Rock Time,” meaning your alarm will be synchronized with whatever ridiculous hour Johnson starts his morning routine. (Hint – it’s usually around 4 AM.)

However, Johnson isn’t just there to wake you up. He also wants to help you achieve your goals. When you first open the app, it prompts you to set a goal for yourself that will show up on your screen every morning. He also uploads inspirational video messages on the home screen, just in case you still don’t feel motivated enough.

It also features 25 different ringtones, many personally recorded by The Rock himself. If you ever dreamed of waking up to The Rock repeating the words “beep beep” with escalating intensity, now’s your chance. There’s even an option where he sings Good Morning Sunshine backed by an acoustic guitar.
