Kitchener, Ont.-based VidYard wants to make it easier for companies to use their videos for marketing and learn about how to improve their video content,
At a medium-sized booth at Dreamforce, the San Francisco-based annual conference of Salesforce.com, VidYard CEO Michael Litt demonstrates his Web-based software that ties together video publishing and distribution tools with a CRM and analytics component. As he explains it, not only can VidYard users blast out their video marketing content across social channels so it’s embedded and viewable in stream, they can also learn about what impact that video had.
The service will tell you how long people watched your video and help build leads for your business by identifying who watched your video.
ITBusiness.ca met up with Litt on the Dreamforce show floor and fought back the crowd long enough to shoot this video discussing VidYard’s approach to marketing videos and its integration into other software such as HootSuite and the new Salesforce AppExchange app.
