Rogers using mentorship programs to foster women in the workplace

ITBusiness.ca takes some time during the 2017 Women in the IT Channel recognition luncheon, held in Toronto on Aug. 17, to talk with Kendall Milne Bancroft, director of retail enterprise sales at Rogers Communications, about what Rogers is doing to promote diversity, and especially women, in the workplace through mentoring programs.
