Last week, we had a chance to tour the Retail Collective, a set of startups and technologies for retailers looking to lure consumers back to physical stores, instead of losing sales to e-commerce and online shopping. The Retail Collective was housed at Dx3, a marketing conference in Toronto.
Candice So of ITBusiness.ca spoke to Paul Maass, director of enterprise sales at Nomi, a company dedicated to using consumers’ smartphones’ Wi-Fi signals to track their behaviour. That gives retailers the same insights as their online counterparts.
